Prompttune helps you improve your prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others using AI models. You type a prompt, we help make it better — it’s that simple.

2. Your Account

To use Prompttune, you may need to:

• Create an account with your email and password
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be at least 18 years old

You’re responsible for all activity under your account. If you think someone else is using it, let us know ASAP.

3. Fair Use Policy

We offer both free and paid plans. To keep the service fast and fair:

• Don’t spam or abuse the extension
• Don’t reverse engineer or scrape our code or models
• Don’t try to bypass limits on usage (e.g. prompt quotas)

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your access.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

If you upgrade to a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely via Creem.io
• Subscriptions renew monthly/yearly depending on your plan
• You can cancel anytime through your account

We do not store your credit card info — that stays with the payment provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, and content related to Prompttune belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may not use our name, logo, or tech for your own product without permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Prompttune uses third-party AI models (like OpenAI and Gemini) to generate content. While we aim to improve prompt quality, we cannot guarantee:

• Accuracy or truth of AI-generated output
• That outputs will be appropriate for all audiences

Please review AI outputs carefully and use your own judgment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prompttune is provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Errors in AI outputs
• Damages resulting from using (or being unable to use) the service

Use the tool at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version in the extension or notify you by email.
